Taxes & Customs
International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT).
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals.
Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All orders are imported to Canada as casual goods and are subject to a Provincial Sales Tax (PST). If you are claiming reimbursement of PST from the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency), you may need to submit a B3 customs form with your request.

Your orders are processed upon request, in Europe.

Clothing
Please allow us 7 working days to produce women items, and 7 working days to produce men trousers. Note that some of the available fabrics for men have to be ordered, which takes an extra 7 working days in general.
We ship worldwide using the post. Their delivery time might vary between 7 to 15 working days for women clothes, and 10 to 20 working days for trousers (sometimes shorter, depending on your location). The shipping cost is usually between $CAD 10 and $CAD 40, depending on the weight of the package, and depending on the availability in our stock in BC, or if we have to produce it in Europe.

Shoes
Our atelier will start to produce your shoes within 10 days after placing your order. The required time to produce one pair of shoes is generally 10 to 15 working days, subject to immediate availability of all the required materials. Indeed, some exceptional leathers have to be ordered. This implies an additional delay which can vary from 10 to 20 working days. Shipping by long-haul takes 2 to 3 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of pairs ordered. One pair costs $ CAD 25.
Delivery takes a little longer during the holiday seasons, strikes or exceptional weather conditions.
Upon request, urgent orders can be ship through a faster shipping company. Extra fees will then be charged. Contact us before placing your order.
Quality, exchanges and returns
For custom sizes and clothes designs special requests, there is no return or exchange of goods (ex: shoes with 38 front part and 36 length and back, shorter or longer bust, reduced neck front or back). In certain specific cases, we would eventually accept but keeping a non refundable 20 % earnest.
We guarantee the quality of our products. However, we can’t be responsible for an inappropriate use or negligences while you’re using them.
Despite our attention, manufacturing defects can sometimes appear. In this case, you should get back to us in a short delay. We will produce another item for you if it appears we made a mistake.
Our customers are generally delighted with their purchases.
However, if the items received do not suit you and if you purchased a standard size, you have 10 working days from receipt to let us know and return your purchase. The goods must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or washed. For shoes, the sole protection film must still be in place.
Upon receipt of the articles under these conditions (condition, deadline) you can opt for a credit or a refund, excluding shipping costs.

Au Tango Boudoir is monitoring the current situation and the measures taken by your government.
During the period of confinement in your country, the deadline for the return of articles which would not be suitable is 15 working days instead of 10, postmarked by Post.
Returns are made to our parisian address. No hand delivery possible during lockdown.
